📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting internal audits across finance, supply chain, human resources, and IT departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Analyzing financial data using SAP and Oracle to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures and compliance requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Staying updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a similar role within the beverage or food industry.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle for financial analysis and reporting.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
