📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with high quality standards.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee beans and supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.,Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and standards.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Proficient in using English and Indonesian for customer interaction.,Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
