📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the leasing process for retail spaces, ensuring timely and efficient tenant acquisition and renewal.
• Conduct market research and analyze leasing data to identify trends and opportunities for the mall.
• Collaborate with retail managers and property managers to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance with leasing agreements.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
• Coordinate with leasing agents and external partners to secure high-quality tenants.
• Monitor and maintain leasing performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Assist in the development and execution of the mall’s retail strategy, aligning with Lippo Malls Indonesia’s overall business objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing, property management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of retail market trends and leasing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using leasing software such as Yardi, JLL, or CBRE.
• Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
