📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and deliver engaging swimming lessons for all ages and skill levels.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all swimmers.
- Assist in maintaining our pool facilities and equipment.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new lesson plans.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and their families.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest swimming techniques and safety protocols.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Promote our swimming programs to attract new students.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Certified Swimming Instructor (CSI) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a swimming instructor or in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with basic first aid and CPR.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Passionate about teaching and inspiring others.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
