📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist ophthalmic surgeons during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to strict protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting, preferably in ophthalmic surgery.
- Certification as an Ophthalmic Operating Room Nurse (CORN) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using advanced surgical equipment and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the surgical team.
