As a Customer Care & Sales Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling our products and services. You’ll use tools like Zendesk and Salesforce to streamline your workflow and ensure efficient communication. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 4,000,000 - Rp 7,000,000 per bulan, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally using Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and upselling products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction levels and positive reviews.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our brand and products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Represent Fingerspot at events and trade shows to showcase our products and services.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid SIM card and willingness to travel within Bali.
