📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze factory performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven experience in quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using quality management software such as SAP QM, ISO 9001, or similar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing tools and technologies is a plus.
