📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and implement effective stock control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Implement and maintain quality control measures for incoming and outgoing goods.,Lead and mentor warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory management and control systems.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with ERP or WMS software is a plus.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
