📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect construction sites to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Manage and supervise a team of workers and subcontractors.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
