📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software,Monitor and maintain network security and performance,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and technologies,Maintain and update IT documentation and records,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective use of IT systems and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols,Experience with IT security best practices and procedures,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,Fluency in English and Indonesian
