Base Mart Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and job market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
