📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of all software features.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify and report software defects.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software meets quality standards.
  • Conduct regression testing to verify that new updates do not introduce new defects.
  • Work with product managers to understand requirements and ensure that testing aligns with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure that software is developed with quality in mind.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficient in using testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
