In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a passion for creating engaging and effective training solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and create learning solutions to address them.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and provide support.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools, such as Moodle, Articulate, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
