📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local labor market dynamics in Tenggarong and East Kalimantan.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the management team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of local labor market and recruitment practices in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
  • Valid Indonesian work permit.
