📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Assessing and documenting patients' conditions, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.,Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.,Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Maintaining a clean and organized patient room, following infection control protocols.,Assisting with administrative tasks, such as updating patient records and communicating with other healthcare providers.,Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices.,Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their time of need.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
