In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate and select training providers and vendors as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other learning management systems.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Certification in learning and development or related fields is a plus.
