PT Sri Kreasi is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of optimizing inventory and logistics processes. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational standards.,Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to manage stock levels and orders.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse management best practices.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
