As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documents.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Good knowledge of HR software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Passionate about HR and committed to contributing to the company's success.
