📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes for new hires.,Administer and maintain employee records and documents.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
