📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor new sales staff to ensure they meet company standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail sales and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
