📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.,Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular reports to the Branch Manager.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.,Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Experience in inventory management is a plus.,Familiarity with local regulations and business practices in Kalimantan Barat.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
