🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in stakeholder relations, with a focus on the energy or mining industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with government agencies, local communities, and industry partners.,Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.,Fluency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.,Understanding of local business culture and customs in Pangkal Pinang.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
