Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects,Monitor project costs and identify areas where cost savings can be achieved,Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and financial regulations,Conduct regular cost reviews and provide reports to project managers and stakeholders,Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective and efficient project delivery,Provide technical advice and guidance to junior quantity surveyors and project teams,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in construction cost management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural quantity surveying, with a strong focus on construction cost management,Proven track record of successfully managing and controlling project costs,Strong knowledge of cost estimation software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Valid work permit for Indonesia
