📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide recruitment policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
