📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Advising managers on HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent management.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.
