Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitoring and maintaining operational systems and processes.,Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Identifying and resolving operational issues promptly.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Preparing and maintaining operational reports and records.,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Providing support to the management team in making operational decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed.
