📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create visually appealing and effective designs for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all design projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Conduct design research and analysis to inform design decisions and create impactful visuals.
  • Provide design feedback and guidance to junior designers and other team members.
  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
  • Participate in design reviews and presentations to showcase your work and gather feedback.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
