Lingkungan Rama Coffee is seeking a Lead IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and new technologies.,Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and provide solutions.,Ensure the security and integrity of data and systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with IT security and data protection measures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.
