CV Dinamika Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Distribution Officer to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a strong background in logistics and distribution management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of distribution activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.,Managing and maintaining relationships with key customers and distribution partners.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Providing support to the Distribution Manager in achieving company distribution goals.,Conducting regular reviews of distribution processes to identify areas for improvement.,Assisting in the preparation of distribution reports and providing regular updates to management.,Performing other related duties as assigned by the Distribution Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and suppliers.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office and other relevant distribution management tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards related to distribution and logistics.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
