As a Business Process Improvement Specialist (Supervisor), you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions using tools like BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, and Minitab. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that process improvements align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document existing business processes using BPMN and other process mapping tools.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Lead process redesign initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Develop and present action plans for process improvement to senior management.
• Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements using Minitab and other analytical tools.
• Provide training and support to employees on new processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process improvements align with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business process improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) are a plus.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools like BPMN and analytical tools like Minitab.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to the energy sector.
• Ability to travel as required to meet with stakeholders and attend training sessions.
