📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide initiatives.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English.
