📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and directing of company operations.,Oversee and coordinate operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies and policies.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor operational staff to achieve company goals.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
